En Belgique, Beherman a construit un centre de loisirs avec cin\u00e9mas \u00e0 Namur. A Saint-Nicolas il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un projet de revitalisation urbaine \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle avec un centre commercial et de loisirs \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la gare.<\/p>\n

Aux Pays-Bas, il a entam\u00e9\u00a0\u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019initiative d\u2019Heineken\u00a0\u2013 la conception d\u2019une piste de ski, assortie d\u2019un centre commercial et de loisir dans la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie sud de Terneuzen (Skid\u00f4me Terneuzen) pour la r\u00e9gion de Flandre z\u00e9landaise.
