C\u2019est en avril dernier qu\u2019a d\u00e9but\u00e9 la d\u00e9molition de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du vieil immeuble \u00e0 appartements. Cela n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 une mince affaire, mais la reconstruction a ensuite pu commencer rapidement. Les travaux devraient en principe s\u2019achever \u00e0 la mi-mai, apr\u00e8s quoi les appartements pourront \u00eatre c\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs nouveaux propri\u00e9taires. <\/h3>\n<p>Entre-temps, le gros \u0153uvre du complexe est termin\u00e9 et les murs int\u00e9rieurs des appartements seront bient\u00f4t en phase de finition. La toiture est presque totalement pos\u00e9e et il ne reste que quelques petites finitions en zinc \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser (rev\u00eatement du fa\u00eete, ch\u00e9neaux et goutti\u00e8res pendantes) et les tuyaux d\u2019\u00e9vacuation \u00e0 placer. L\u2019\u00e9lectricien terminera l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique dans les trois appartements du premier \u00e9tage au milieu de la semaine prochaine, pour que l\u2019on puisse ensuite proc\u00e9der aux travaux de pl\u00e2trage.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les photos en annexe, vous pouvez voir que le plombier et le chauffagiste ont termin\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re phase de l\u2019installation (approvisionnement en eau, tuyaux d\u2019\u00e9vacuation, appuis toilettes et distribution des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de chauffage). Les logements les plus spacieux (au nombre de quatre) auront une superficie d\u2019environ 100 m\u00b2, les plus petits d\u2019environ 70 m\u00b2. Diff\u00e9rents appartements ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u une option d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e du complexe sont pr\u00e9vus deux espaces commerciaux d\u2019une superficie de 350 m\u00b2, pouvant accueillir des commerces de d\u00e9tail de diff\u00e9rents secteurs.
