Enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9es, la fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieure et la toiture du complexe permettent \u00e0 ce b\u00e2timent \u2013 et \u00e0 ses atours noirs et blancs \u2013 de conf\u00e9rer un cachet suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 son environnement. Nous pr\u00e9voyons que les derniers travaux d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur dureront encore quatre semaines environ, apr\u00e8s quoi le complexe de logements et de commerces pourra \u00eatre r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 dans le courant du mois de juillet.<\/h3>\n<p>En mars 2015, Health Invest a attribu\u00e9 le march\u00e9 de r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2timent. Les travaux de d\u00e9molition de l&rsquo;agencement int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;ancien immeuble \u00e0 appartements ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 un mois plus tard. L&rsquo;ampleur de cette op\u00e9ration s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e plus importante qu&rsquo;initialement pr\u00e9vu ; tout l&rsquo;agencement int\u00e9rieur a en effet d\u00fb \u00eatre totalement revu, des murs au c\u00e2blage, en passant par le vitrage et la couverture \u2013 tous ces travaux ayant, dans l&rsquo;intervalle, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9sidence Gabriel se compose de six appartements modernes dont la superficie habitable varie de 70 \u00e0 plus de 100 m\u00b2 et qui disposent d&rsquo;une ou deux chambres \u00e0 coucher et\/ou terrasse. Plusieurs unit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, un espace commercial de 350 m\u00b2 est disponible, lequel peut \u00eatre am\u00e9nag\u00e9 en un ou deux magasins.
