Ce n&rsquo;est pas un compl\u00e9ment mais une continuation du processus de r\u00e9habilitation de la zone PME locale.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent existant sera autant que possible ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 son aspect d&rsquo;origine . Les rev\u00eatements rajout\u00e9s ult\u00e9rieurement sont enlev\u00e9s et les murs de briques sont restaur\u00e9s. Le toit en appentis sera remplac\u00e9 et \u00e9tendu sur toute la longueur du b\u00e2timent existant. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins contemporains, le b\u00e2timent est divis\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s et dot\u00e9 de nouvelles portes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la partie existante des fa\u00e7ades. Les unit\u00e9s mises \u00e0 jour sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la location. Le site vacant du hangar sera dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;amples places de stationnement qui seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement paysager du site.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/healthinvest-beherman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Gescande-afbeelding-CiJx.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3336\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3336\" src=\"https:\/\/healthinvest-beherman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Gescande-afbeelding-CiJx-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"Gescande afbeelding CiJx\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nLes travaux seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Vulsteke Industriebouw de Kortemark, qui avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le parc PME De Motte avec 14 nouvelles unit\u00e9s d\u2019affaires adjacentes au complexe actuel. Olivier Beherman esp\u00e8re que les travaux de r\u00e9novation pourront \u00eatre lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 court terme.
