{"id":7640,"date":"2014-05-23T00:10:37","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T23:10:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthinvest-beherman.com\/?p=1636"},"modified":"2023-10-19T17:07:47","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T15:07:47","slug":"group-beherman-a-annonce-projet-pure-m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/healthinvest-beherman.com\/fr\/group-beherman-a-annonce-projet-pure-m\/","title":{"rendered":"Group Beherman a annonc\u00e9 le projet Pure M"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe Beherman a annonc\u00e9 officiellement ce jeudi 15 mai au salon Realty \u00e0 Bruxelles son coup d\u2019envoi pour le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un p\u00f4le de bureaux \u00e0 Malines, qui devrait servir de projet phare pour une op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9novation urbaine \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande \u00e9chelle dans cette ville flamande dont la population ne cesse de cro\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Le Groupe Beherman dispose de 13 hectares dans le parc industriel Ragheno qui fera bient\u00f4t partie d\u2019un plan de red\u00e9veloppement et de r\u00e9novation urbaine des abords de la gare ferroviaire de Malines. La gare fera elle-m\u00eame l\u2019objet d\u2019un r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement complet d\u2019ici l\u2019an 2018. Le projet Pure M se compose de trois volumes organiques, plac\u00e9s sur sol naturel sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui s\u2019articulent de mani\u00e8re concentrique autour d\u2019une place centrale. Ce socle de verdure b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un am\u00e9nagement paysager et comprendra des places de parking.
