Renovation of Project Gabriël started last week

Health Invest started last week in the Centre of Nivelles, on the corner of Place Emile Delalieux and Rue Saint George, with the demolition of the entire interior of an old building that will be rebuilt and completely modernized within the coming months.

 

After renovation – with durable materials of superior quality – “Residence Gabriel” will consist of various, modern apartments with one and two bedrooms and a terrace or balcony. The larger units will have a floor area of about 100 m²; the smaller ones will encompass 70 m². The apartments will be spread over two floors. On the ground floor two commercial units with a total surface of 350 m² will be available for shops in different sectors.
